Navigating UK immigration can be complex, especially when personal and family matters are involved. We provide expert legal guidance and tailored services across all major personal immigration routes for individuals, partners, children, and dependants. Whether you’re visiting, studying, joining loved ones, or settling long-term, we are here to support your journey.
We assist all couples and families wishing to unite and live together in the UK under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules.
For legally married partners of British citizens or settled persons. You must show a genuine relationship, English proficiency, and meet financial thresholds.
For couples living together in a relationship akin to marriage for at least two years. Strong evidence of cohabitation is essential.
For individuals planning to marry or form a civil partnership in the UK within 6 months. No right to work until marriage/civil partnership is registered and a Spouse visa is granted.
For parents of a British child or a child who has lived in the UK for 7+ years (private life route). Applicants must demonstrate sole or direct parental responsibility and that it would be unreasonable for the child to leave the UK.
We help ensure children are granted leave to remain or enter based on their relationship and dependency on a parent or guardian in the UK.
For children under 18 applying with or joining parents on valid UK visas.
Where a parent holds temporary permission in the UK, the child may be eligible based on dependency and residence ties.
For children whose parent(s) have Indefinite Leave to Remain or British citizenship.
For elderly parents or relatives requiring long-term care from a settled person or British citizen in the UK. This is a high-threshold route requiring strong medical and care evidence.
Ideal for tourism, family visits, business meetings, or short medical stays. Standard visitor visas allow stays up to 6 months to 10 years
For English language courses lasting 6–11 months. Applicants must demonstrate accommodation, funds, and return intentions.
